Nutrition:
Nutrition is one of the easiest things that we can change for the better, and notice it almost immediately! This is so easy, especially for you guys with meal plans: they write the values above the food in the cafeteria! Everybody else will have to do some very simple math, I trust you can do this, seeing as most are engineers, and buy some vegetables.
1. Drink lots of water (1 liter per day is the minimum for non-athletes). If you're thirsty, or are peeing yellow, you're dehydrated. Drink more.

Fitness:
You should be working out and running on your own, so that in practice we don't have to waste precious time that could be used on technic to get everybody fit! If you don't want to workout or run alone, call a buddy, email the team- there's always someone willing to come out and run or go to the gym.
